Guide for Graduates on Academic Credentials Verification via the CHSI Platform
Graduates can verify their academic qualifications and degrees through the China Higher Education Student Information (CHSI) platform. Before registering for verification, please ensure that you use the exact name and passport number (used during your studies) as shown in the query results. The specific procedures are as follows:
I. Academic Qualification Verification for Graduates
Graduates can independently verify their academic qualifications via the China Higher Education Student Information (CHSI) website. The process is as follows:
Visit https://www.chsi.com.cn/, and navigate to the query page by selecting "Academic Qualification Verification" → "Scattered Query."
The name entered must match the name on the graduation certificate.
The certificate number refers to the number on the graduation certificate (not the degree certificate). If the query still fails, you may email liurong107@scu.edu.cn to confirm whether the submitted data is complete. If a photo is missing, you will need to submit it separately (requirements: file size must not exceed 50KB, extension .jpg or .jpeg, and it must be the same version as the photo on the graduation certificate). Please send the electronic version of the graduation certificate along with the photo to the above email address.
II. Degree Verification for Graduates
Graduates can independently verify their degrees via the China Higher Education Student Information (CHSI) website. The process is as follows:
Visit https://www.chsi.com.cn/, and navigate to the query page by selecting "Degree Verification" → "Scattered Query."
The name entered must match the name on the degree certificate.
The certificate number refers to the number on the degree certificate (not the graduation certificate). If the query still fails, you may send the electronic version of the degree certificate to liurong107@scu.edu.cn to confirm whether the submitted data is complete.
The ID number should be the passport number used during your studies.
