It is recommended that Master's and PhD applicants contact their supervisors by email or other means before submitting their applications. You can send your CV, PS and other relevant documents to your supervisor.
You can find the information of each faculty through the website of Sichuan University (www.scu.edu.cn) - Organization - Faculties, and then find the Faculty section in the corresponding faculty, which lists the information of the relevant supervisor.
However, just because a supervisor agrees to supervise you does not mean that your application will be approved by the university.
